Sales Manager / Executive (Investment Advisor)

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the promotion of property sales on advertisement media and listing services.
- Meet with prospects and clients interested in properties to offer them real estate deals.
- Communicate with clients to identify their requirements and choice of property.
- Provide periodic reports to company management on sales operations and generated returns using CRM systems.
- Managing sales team & their targets.
- Maintain contact with clients to have opening to discuss future business prospects.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, etc.
- Respond to incoming calls, chats, and emails from prospects and customers.
- Set up meetings with potential clients
- Achieve monthly or weekly sales targets
Ideal Candidate must have
- Experience in Real Estate (1-3 years)
- Dynamic and Independent
- Strong communication Skills
- Good Sales Acumen and Aptitude.
- Excellent Persuasive, Negotiation & Selling Skills.
- Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with CRM
- Good knowledge of business development
